So those of you who have read book 1 already know who Adrien and Jake are, so I am not gonna go into that again. Even I started with book 1 and everyone knows I love to so shit ass-backwards :P It's a series and you have to start with book 1. Let me start by saying this these books can not be read as stand-alones. So after my last re-read, I decided to finally review these awesome books and adjust my rating ) Thanks to my un official buddy readers for cntributing to the fun moments. There were moments between Jake and Adrien that had me smiling and squeeeing. The mystery was very interisting and entertaining. I don’t know if this was a peace-offering or he simply didn’t trust my cooking after the night before. What a beatiful flawed, conflicted, caring character.īy the time I was bathed and groomed and feeling like my normal mild-mannered self, Jake had breakfast on the table. I can't believe it, but I love this mother chucker. Jake - Hmmm! The more I reread this series, the more Jake is growing on me. He is funny, sacarstic, kind and the best amatuer sleath I know. I love Adrien so much, baby is such an amazing character.
